The Monkey sphere is a very very interesting and in my opinion true article. I feel that the current administration is subconsciously trying to widen our monkey sphere and I feel though it is impossible to envision concern past a certain number, that every once in awhile we need to put dimensions to characters in order to understand even where we are the in sphere. When I was younger there used to be a lot of plane crashes and I got used to hearing new casters saying again and again that another hundreds of people died etc. on a regular basis. At one point I thought does anybody really care about the actual people that died? I thought, when I think to myself about my life, my thoughts, actions, adventures, family, social life, decisions, everything that it takes to add up to where you are and who you are right now... all that was wiped out for a mass of people every time a plane crashed. But I realized at that young age that no one really cared and the people who died, did so not in vain but almost died just so we could have the statistic. Its another tragedy of the commons. We don't realize that somewhere along the lines we are the statistic, meanwhile people like me try hard to not become one. A big catch 22 that is virtually inescapable. I've been supremely conflicted all my life because my monkey sphere is bigger than the limit of 150, making me constantly at odds with my own brain and its capacities while others live care free I-don't-give'a-fuck-about-what's-not-about-me lives. Very interesting and true...

....The monkey sphere is also a great platform for a lot of other environmental issues. Some people don't care about global warming or overpopulation because they feel it does not affect them or their monkey sphere. I guess mass murderers have small monkey spheres and being that it was said scientifically we have a limit, how much morally do we deem relevant in the world in relation to us individually?
